On May 22, it unveiled the first domestically produced disposable automotive snail horn at booth 4B05 in Hall 4, leading the automotive snail horn market with a dual breakthrough of "aesthetics+performance".

This product adopts a one-time edge wrapping process, completing seamless molding of the horn body within 0.8 seconds. Compared with traditional screw technology, the structural strength is increased by 40%, and the surface smoothness reaches Ra0.8 μ m. The streamlined appearance matches the design language of new energy vehicle models. Its 3.2A ultra-low starting current is 28% lower than the industry average, and it can still respond instantly in extreme environments ranging from -40 ℃ to 125 ℃. After 130000 destructive life tests by CNAS certified laboratories, its performance has not deteriorated.

It is reported that after the product was launched in overseas markets at the beginning of the year, 100% of the orders were returned in the short term. Mr. Lu, the CEO of the company, stated: "This product redefines the value standard of automotive acoustic components. The on-site measured sound pressure level of the horn reaches 122dB and the purity of the sound is improved by 30%, demonstrating our innovative ability in the field of intelligent manufacturing of automotive components.

At this exhibition, we have reached cooperation intentions with multiple domestic auto parts suppliers, and it is expected that the company's production capacity will exceed 20 million sets by 2026.
